Max Space was founded in 2015 with a mission to take the headache out of architecture projects.
If you’ve worked with the traditional architecture industry, you know
how frustrating it can be to deal with the obsessive focus on
building codes that some architects have. Instead of designing
dream spaces and then later tweaking to satisfy the Buildings
Department, old school architects design with nothing but the
codes in mind. Clients’ personal needs and preferences become an
afterthought. Furthermore, many architects are not aesthetically-
oriented, because being a good architect doesn’t require being a
born artist.
We’re here to reverse the paradigm. Your personal
needs and design preferences are paramount. We
create each design with nothing but our client in
mind, and then adjust to fit the building codes later.
The result? Our clients feel like their spaces were
actually created for them, not for the Buildings
Department. And the beauty and elegance of our
designs are testaments to the artistic talent of the

Our space planning services are what have earned us the prestigious name we have among local residents and contractors. Most architectural layouts utilize space very poorly, so we have set ourselves apart by creating spaces which maximize every square inch to ensure the most spacious final outcome.
Façade design
We design gorgeous facades utilizing our strong feel for aesthetics. Each facade is custom created to fit our clients’ preferences and tastes, be they traditional, transitional, or modern styles.

Lighting and Ceiling
We design beautiful customized customized ceiling plans to make sure that the rooms feel as spacious as possible. And we use a deep knowledge of lighting and space design to create beautiful, evenly-distributed lighting to make the space look balanced and nice.
Renderings & Visualizations
Our clients love that they can see exactly how their spaces are going to look before we’re even done with the project. We provide realistic renderings and 3D visualizations (all complimentary!) with every floor plan, so you’ll know exactly how the outcome is going to look.
